ed="T"/>陀称，或成正觉时名<persName>佛</persName>出世，由于尔时成一 <lb n="0525b11" ed="T"/>切智得<persName>佛陀</persName>号，是妙解脱喜乐因故，说名为 <lb n="0525b12" ed="T"/>乐，犹如世人名火为乐。言演说微妙正法乐 <lb n="0525b13" ed="T"/>者，谓契经等十二分教。言僧伽者，谓八大人 <lb n="0525b14" ed="T"/>等。言一心同见者，谓于戒见威仪正命众同 <lb n="0525b15" ed="T"/>遵故，又明一心同事难可壞故。言和合俱修 <lb n="0525b16" ed="T"/>者，即是齐心俱净尸罗故。言勇进者，于三学 <lb n="0525b17" ed="T"/>处勤修行故，或勇心策励令诸烦恼究竟尽 <lb n="0525b18" ed="T"/>故，又心勇决于所修事进无退故幷是乐因。</p> <lb n="0525b19" ed="T"/><lg type="regular" xml:id="lgT24p0525b1901"><l>若见<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0525010" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0525c0901">此颂上半明致乐之因，下半明慧生断惑。言 <lb n="0525c10" ed="T"/>河津者，谓解脱河離二边过故，由八正道方 <lb n="0525c11" ed="T"/>能获得名为妙阶，喩若河津有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0525015" n="0525015"/><anchor ed="T"/>脱勝果因此成故。言善伏根欲者，此显助伴 <lb n="0525c22" ed="T"/>淸净能与戒俱故。言具多闻者，此明获勝上 <lb n="0525c23" ed="T"/>果必藉多闻，智能拣择烦恼方断。非愚痴人 <lb n="0525c24" ed="T"/>堪住兰若，是故苾刍先学多闻，设非多闻但 <lb n="0525c25" ed="T"/>明戒相，亦得住于兰若之处。言从少至老等 <lb n="0525c26" ed="T"/>者，明决定心始终无退故。言寂静闲居兰若 <lb n="0525c27" ed="T"/>乐者，谓離<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0525c2701" n="0525c2701"/><anchor xml:id="beg0525c2701" ed="T"/>初、明<persName>佛</persName>所教；二、诃不总集；三、不集随听；四、供 <pb n="0526a" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1458.0526a"/> <lb n="0526a01" ed="T"/>养法式；五、正明诫敕；六、诫敕利益；七、无诫过 <lb n="0526a02" ed="T"/>生；八、正作白事；九、劝至心听；十、净其徒众。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0526a0217" cb:place="inline">“诸 <lb n="0526a03" ed="T"/>大德！春时尔许过，馀有尔许在；老死既侵命 <lb n="0526a04" ed="T"/>根渐减，大师教法不久当灭。诸大德！应勤光 <lb n="0526a05" ed="T"/>显莫为放逸，由不放逸必当证得，如知应正 <lb n="0526a06" ed="T"/>等觉，何况所馀觉品善法？”“大德僧伽先作何 <lb n="0526a07" ed="T"/>事？”“<persName>佛</persName>声闻众少求少事。不来诸苾刍说欲及 <lb n="0526a08" ed="T"/>淸净。”</p> <lb n="0526a09" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0526a0901">初、明<persName>佛</persName>所教者，即是诸大德春时尔许过等。 <lb n="0526a10" ed="T"/>过者，是已往義。言春时者，谓三时内随在何 <lb n="0526a11" ed="T"/>时说波罗底木叉而称其事，此中且據春时 <lb n="0526a12" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0526001" n="0526001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0526001" n="0526001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0526001" n="0526001"/>也<anchor xml:id="end0526001"/>。言三时者，谓春夏冬。言尔许者，指其限 <lb n="0526a13" ed="T"/>量，谓随说戒日取数。而言馀有尔许在者，可 <lb n="0526a14" ed="T"/>准当时馀日而说。言老死既侵者，意明老死 <lb n="0526a15" ed="T"/>常在现前，老及于死名为老死。然十二有支 <lb n="0526a16" ed="T"/>但言此一者，为于忧悲等此用最强故，欲显 <lb n="0526a17" ed="T"/>修净行者失圆满事，此是初因。然修行者圆 <lb n="0526a18" ed="T"/>满之因略有二种：一谓所依、二谓行本。 <lb n="0526a19" ed="T"/>言所依失者，由老死逼故，无所堪能命根断 <lb n="0526a20" ed="T"/>壞如其次第。言行本失者，谓大师教法不久 <lb n="0526a21" ed="T"/>当灭，由<persName>佛</persName>法灭退失行故。大悲<persName>世尊</persName>以无 <lb n="0526a22" ed="T"/>倒義化诸有情，故曰大师。法谓十二分教，世 <lb n="0526a23" ed="T"/>尊以此导利有情，随有缘者悉皆受化。由此 <lb n="0526a24" ed="T"/>二事失圆满行故。言莫放逸者，劝不放逸，勤 <lb n="0526a25" ed="T"/>心勇决光显圣教故。所以但言不放逸者，显 <lb n="0526a26" ed="T"/>不放逸诸善品中为最勝故。言应勤者，劝不 <lb n="0526a27" ed="T"/>放逸能与出世圣道加行为依止故，谓于奢 <lb n="0526a28" ed="T"/>摩他、毘钵舍那双修等运获圣道故。由不放 <lb n="0526a29" ed="T"/>逸必当证得等者，此显<persName>世尊</persName>令出家众求解 <pb n="0526b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1458.0526b"/> <lb n="0526b01" ed="T"/>脱者证道果故，制<anchor ed="T"/>求少事者，少求谓少欲，少事谓知足。又少求 <lb n="0526b12" ed="T"/>谓意业，少事谓身语。言声闻者，随他闻也，随 <lb n="0526b13" ed="T"/>他音声而听闻故，以斯成众故言声闻众。众 <lb n="0526b14" ed="T"/>者，同心共集不可壞故。</p> <lb n="0526b15" ed="T"/><p ed="T"/>其默然故，我今如是持。”若僧伽已结不失衣 <lb n="0527b26" ed="T"/>界竟，唯将上下二衣界内行住无離衣咎。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0527b2617" cb:place="inline">若 <lb n="0527b27" ed="T"/>小界大界有缘须解者，应以白四解之。于小 <lb n="0527b28" ed="T"/>亦非解此界而馀界亦解，若以一大树亦得 <lb n="0528a05" ed="T"/>为多界之相。其结<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528004" n="0528004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528004" n="0528004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528004" n="0528004"/>界<anchor xml:id="end0528004"/>时既知方相，所作羯磨 <lb n="0528a06" ed="T"/>已说多分，秉羯磨者忽然身死，亦成结界。若 <lb n="0528a07" ed="T"/>现幻術及神通力作界标相，不成结界。亦不 <lb n="0528a08" ed="T"/>应以水波<anchor ed="T"/>空住处，不七八日待于旧人，便结界者得恶 <lb n="0528a10" ed="T"/>作罪，应依前界不依後结。若诸河涧有桥樑 <lb n="0528a11" ed="T"/>者得通结界，异此便非。河涧之上桥樑壞者， <lb n="0528a12" ed="T"/>若欲修治得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528006" n="0528006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528006" n="0528006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528006" n="0528006"/>经<anchor xml:id="end0528006"/>七夜，若至第八夜界法便失。 <lb n="0528a13" ed="T"/>若本无心重修理者，桥樑既破界亦随失。有 <lb n="0528a14" ed="T"/>五事失大界：一切僧伽皆悉转根、一切僧伽 <lb n="0528a15" ed="T"/>决捨而去、一切僧伽幷皆归俗、一切僧伽同 <lb n="0528a16" ed="T"/>时命过、一切僧伽作法而解。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0528a1612" cb:place="inline">若阿兰若及在 <lb n="0528a17" ed="T"/>村中非结界处，齐何名界？阿兰若齐一拘卢 <lb n="0528a18" ed="T"/>舍，村中齐墙栅处幷外势分，名之为界。斯二 <lb n="0528a19" ed="T"/>界内苾刍同集，在手相及处，诸有羯磨咸随 <lb n="0528a20" ed="T"/>意秉，如上所说，违教作者咸得越法罪。</p> <lb n="0528a21" ed="T"/><lg type="regular" xml:id="lgT24p0528a2101"><l>合十指恭敬，</l><l>礼释迦狮子；</l> <lb n="0528a22" ed="T"/><l>别解脱调伏，</l><l>我说仁善听。</l></lg> <lb n="0528a23" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0528a2301">此颂明供养法式。言合十指恭敬者，谓合两 <lb n="0528a24" ed="T"/>手表恭敬相。凡于大师作供养者有其二种： <lb n="0528a25" ed="T"/>一、谓致礼；二、申赞歎。合掌恭敬是致礼仪，释 <lb n="0528a26" ed="T"/>迦狮子是赞歎德。言释迦者，明在俗时族姓 <lb n="0528a27" ed="T"/>高勝非下流故。言狮子者，显出家後<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528007" n="0528007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528007" n="0528007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528007" n="0528007"/>先<anchor xml:id="end0528007"/>所 <lb n="0528a28" ed="T"/>畏惮诸外道类皆恐怖故。言别解<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528008" n="0528008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528008" n="0528008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528008" n="0528008"/>脱<anchor xml:id="end0528008"/>者，于 <lb n="0528a29" ed="T"/>大师法而生恭敬，起方便时能脱烦惑，有极 <pb n="0528b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1458.0528b"/> <lb n="0528b01" ed="T"/>勝德名别解脱。现<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528009" n="0528009"/><anchor <lb n="0528b04" ed="T"/><lg type="regular" xml:id="lgT24p0528b0401"><l>听已当正行，</l><l>如大仙所说；</l> <lb n="0528b05" ed="T"/><l>于诸小罪中，</l><l>勇猛亦勤护。</l> <lb n="0528b06" ed="T"/><l>心马难制止，</l><l>勇决恒相续；</l> <lb n="0528b07" ed="T"/><l>别解<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528010" n="0528010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528010" n="0528010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528010" n="0528010"/>脱<anchor xml:id="end0528010"/>如衔，</l><l>有百针极利。</l></lg> <lb n="0528b08" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0528b0801">此颂正明诫敕。言听已当正行等者，谓听闻 <lb n="0528b09" ed="T"/>已无倒而行，不为懈怠、心常勤勇，劝彼修行、 <lb n="0528b10" ed="T"/>捨诸非法，犹如大仙亲为说教皆奉持故。大 <lb n="0528b11" ed="T"/>仙者，谓<persName>薄伽梵</persName>，于世俗中是尊勝故。又于 <lb n="0528b12" ed="T"/>声闻独觉之仙是殊勝故，号为大仙。小罪谓 <lb n="0528b13" ed="T"/>是遮罪，非性罪类，于小罪中勇猛防护心无 <lb n="0528b14" ed="T"/>懈怠。此中亦言准知已防性过，于小罪处亦 <lb n="0528b15" ed="T"/>遣用心。有本云：“勇猛应勤护。”者，即准防性 <lb n="0528b16" ed="T"/>罪略去亦声，此言为表于诸犯处勿生缓慢， <lb n="0528b17" ed="T"/>至意守持。言罪者，谓鄙恶法，勝流之人所嫌 <lb n="0528b18" ed="T"/>耻故。言勤护者，于善法中起精进故。言勇决 <lb n="0528b19" ed="T"/>者，勤勇决列贪著诸境，如马奔逸实可畏故。 <lb n="0528b20" ed="T"/>恒相续者，交驰不绝与境相近极难遮止，此 <lb n="0528b21" ed="T"/>言显心是难调主故遣调心，此若善调身语 <lb n="0528b22" ed="T"/>随正。由此心根生烦恼故，为此<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528011" n="0528011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528011" n="0528011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528011" n="0528011"/>唯<anchor <lb n="0528b23" ed="T"/>洗除，令善淸净，应常观察无常无我。执我常 <lb n="0528b24" ed="T"/>者犹若虚空体无变易，断惑之理不相应故。 <lb n="0528b25" ed="T"/>言衔者，谓是不调伏类犯戒之口，于其口中 <lb n="0528b26" ed="T"/>施辔勒故。言如者，谓是顺理善能远<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528014" n="0528014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528014" n="0528014"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528014" n="0528014"/>数<anchor xml:id="end0528014"/>，且言其百。言极利者，能于後时生 <lb n="0528c02" ed="T"/>犯之因割令断故，于戒衔处两种義成，即是 <lb n="0528c03" ed="T"/>心生追悔说所犯罪，又令恶见永不生故。</p> <lb n="0528c04" ed="T"/><lg type="regular" xml:id="lgT24p0528c0401"><l>若人违轨则，</l><l>闻教便能止；</l> <lb n="0528c05" ed="T"/><l>大士若良马，</l><l>当出烦恼<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0528015" n="0528015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0528015" n="0528015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0528015" n="0528015"/>阵<anchor xml:id="end0528015"/>。</l></lg> <lb n="0528c06" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0528c0601">此颂明诫敕利益。违者，谓是违犯。轨则者，谓 <lb n="0528c07" ed="T"/>诸学处。闻教便能止者，言其不由刀杖等物 <lb n="0528c08" ed="T"/>而为遮制。言大士者，谓近圆人。若良马者，谓 <lb n="0528c09" ed="T"/>贤善智马。当出烦恼<anchor xml:id="beg_15" type="star"/>阵<anchor xml:id="end_15"/>者，烦恼难摧喩之军 <lb n="0528c10" ed="T"/>阵。大士要心欲出生死，策修净戒破烦恼军。 <lb n="0528c11" ed="T"/>言当出者，谓是当获阿罗汉果等。</p> <lb xml:id="pT24p0528c1401">此颂明无诫过生。若人无此衔者，诸外道等 <lb n="0528c15" ed="T"/>心驰邪境及耽欲者，昏于欲乐。言亦不曾喜 <lb n="0528c16" ed="T"/>乐者，显无涅槃性，于圆寂理无爱乐心。彼没 <lb n="0528c17" ed="T"/>烦恼阵者，谓因邪教共烦恼战，为无善辔被 <lb n="0528c18" n="0528c26" ed="T"/>言僧伽者，有其五种：谓四人、五人、十人、二十 <lb n="0528c27" ed="T"/>人、多人。此中四人僧伽者，谓除随意、出罪、近 <lb n="0528c28" ed="T"/>圆，自馀羯磨咸悉应作。五人僧伽者，谓除中 <lb n="0528c29" ed="T"/>方近圆及以出罪，馀幷应作。十人僧伽者， <pb n="0529a" ed="T" n="0529001"/>除<anchor xml:id="end0529001"/>出罪，馀幷应作。二十人僧伽及多人僧 <lb n="0529a02" ed="T"/>伽者，诸法皆作。言十四日者，是显褒洒陀时， <lb n="0529a03" ed="T"/>此據春、夏、冬三时之中，每四月内，各取第三 <lb n="0529a04" ed="T"/>半月尽，及第七半月尽，恒是十四日为褒洒 <lb xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0529009" n="0529009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0529009" n="0529009"/>数<anchor xml:id="end0529009"/>或依星次、 <lb n="0529a12" ed="T"/>或依王法，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0529010" n="0529010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0529010" n="0529010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0529010" n="0529010"/>日月大小应可随之<anchor xml:id="end0529010"/>。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0529011" n="0529011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0529011" n="0529011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0529011" n="0529011"/>言褒洒陀 <lb n="0529a13" ed="T"/>者<anchor xml:id="end0529011"/>，褒洒是长养義、陀是持義，谓由众集说戒 <lb n="0529a14" ed="T"/>便能长养善法持自心故，名褒洒陀。又<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0529012" n="0529012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0529012" n="0529012"/><anchor xml:id="beg0529012" n="0529012"/>复<anchor xml:id="end0529012"/>褒 <lb n="0529a15" ed="T"/>洒同前、陀是净除義，谓增长善法净除不善 <lb n="0529a16" ed="T"/>故。言时至者，谓是褒洒陀时无馀妨难。言听 <lb n="0529a17" ed="T"/>者，谓问当时现座徒众为听许。不言僧伽应 <lb n="0529a18" ed="T"/>许者，僧伽应许我为众说戒。白如是者，谓指 <lb n="0529a19" ed="T"/>其事而告知也。所以不擧众俱说者，为皆不 <lb n="0529a20" ed="T"/>能诵持戒故，或有虽诵不能尽熟；又听法者 <lb n="0529a21" ed="T"/>理不应然。所以不于房内别别说者，由此便 <lb n="0529a22" ed="T"/>非大众为褒洒陀，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0529013" n="0529013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0529013" n="0529013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0529013" n="0529013"/>共<anchor xml:id="end0529013"/>集一处利益多故；又 <lb n="0529a23" ed="T"/>别别说便有不听正法之过。凡说戒日有善 <lb n="0529a24" ed="T"/>苾刍诵得戒者，不应令授学人说戒。若于住 <lb n="0529a25" ed="T"/>处但有四人，皆可<anchor xml:id="beg_16" type="star"/>共<anchor xml:id="end_16"/>集，不应别住，亦不取 <lb n="0529a26" ed="T"/>欲。若于喧杂制底之处、或俗人处、或露现 <lb n="0529a27" ed="T"/>处、或不净处、或<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0529014" n="0529014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0529014" n="0529014"/><anchor xml:id="beg0529014" n="0529014"/>愦<anchor xml:id="end0529014"/>闹处而长净者，得恶作 <lb n="0529a28" ed="T"/>罪。必无馀处，在四无犯，不应对俗。又于眠时、 <lb n="0529a29" ed="T"/>入定时、乞食时、消息时、供养时为长净者，得 <pb n="0529b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1458.0529b"/> <lb n="0529b01" <lb n="0529b02" ed="T"/>界内，为官所拘不来共集为长净者，得别住 <lb n="0529b03" ed="T"/>罪，不成长净。其被拘者，馀人应为诣官求 <lb n="0529b04" ed="T"/>令释放，若不尔者得恶作罪。癫狂苾刍与癫 <lb n="0529b05" ed="T"/>狂法，防别住故。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0529b0507" cb:place="inline">凡苾刍等每至长净日，先应 <lb n="0529b06" ed="T"/>审谛观察自身，我不于此半月之中犯诸罪 <lb n="0529b07" ed="T"/>耶？若忆所犯应如法说，应往淸净人边，随其 <lb n="0529b08" ed="T"/>所应具威仪已，蹲<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0529016" n="0529017"/>所<anchor xml:id="end0529017"/>犯 <lb n="0529b11" ed="T"/>罪，我今于具寿前，从淸净来，幷皆发露说罪， <lb n="0529b12" ed="T"/>我不覆藏。由发露说罪故得安乐，不发露说 <lb n="0529b13" ed="T"/>罪不安乐。”第二、第三亦如是说。彼应问言：“汝 <lb n="0529b14" ed="T"/>见罪不？”答言：“我见。”“将来诸戒能善护不？”答 <lb n="0529b15" ed="T"/>言：“善护。”所对苾刍应云：“尔。”其说罪者，答云：“善。” <lb n="0529b16" ed="T"/>若于罪有疑，应就持律者善决，知已後当发 <lb n="0529b17" ed="T"/>露，应对苾刍而说其罪，不应对苾刍尼等，若 <lb n="0529b18" ed="T"/>弟子门人不应随情听向馀处。若当处无说 <lb n="0530a02" ed="T"/>戒者，应往馀处就说戒人而为长净，如不往 <lb n="0530a03" ed="T"/>者得越法罪。若于无说戒人处坐，前安居不 <lb n="0530a04" ed="T"/>得过第二长净，应向有说戒处，皆不得在俗 <lb n="0530a05" ed="T"/>守持长净。若于後时遇和合众，我当共和合 <lb n="0530a16" ed="T"/>众而为长净，满诸戒聚故。”第二、第三亦如是 <lb n="0530a17" ed="T"/>说。若有一、二人来者，应为对首长净，准一 <lb n="0530a18" ed="T"/>人法作。若苾刍行路遇到村坊、或有入村、或 <lb n="0530a19" ed="T"/>住村外，是长净日，彼应各各为其长净。住村 <lb n="0530a20" ed="T"/>者齐村势分，不得别住；在村外者村势分外 <lb n="0530a21" ed="T"/>应为长净。若与商旅同去，彼不嫌者，随住随 <lb n="0530a22" ed="T"/>行应为长净。若彼嫌者应作心念。守持长净 <lb n="0530a23" ed="T"/>有其六事，应心念守持皆成无犯：一、守持三 <lb n="0530a24" ed="T"/>衣；二、捨三衣；三、分别长衣；四、捨别请；五、作长 <lb n="0530a25" ed="T"/>净；六、作随意应为长净。而不为者，得越法罪。 <lb n="0530a26" ed="T"/>不应长净而辄为者亦越法罪。除吉祥长净， <lb n="0530a27"
